Canadian Class Action Lawsuit

Good evening,

We noticed there has been some chatter on the Bullboard regarding class action lawsuits initated against NDM.

Our law firm, KND Complex Litigation, has commenced a Canadian class action suit against NDM and certain of its current and former directors and officers. If anyone is interested or has any questions, please feel free to email contact@knd.law and we would be happy to provide any answers that we can.

Have a good rest of your weekend,
KND Complex Litigation

This is a waste of shareholder money. AECO mislead NDM when it provided a positive FEIS and then went from in-kind to out of kind mitigation and then ignored their own findings and denied the permit. Seems more like a bad faith situation with many procedurals/precedant arguments based on other permits issued to other mines. Don't see how NDM is at fault. IMO

Canadian shareholders should counter sue against these insanely stupid lawyers who are wasting time and shareholder money. Can't they look at the chart, and use google to put together a wiff of understanding.
