Barrick/Novas' Donlin Project is stand alone and no infrastrucure is proposed to be shared irrespective of the Pebble Tapes and any statements.  That includes any mining and processing for the mineralogy and metallurgy are distinctly different.  I read somewhere such a statement from Barrick stating there they have no relationship, and don't plan to.  

Donlin was issued a positive ROD based on a EIS level process per a specific mining plan. Donlin has demonstrated a huge mineral reserve.

for sure there would be seperate mills. Natural gas line would tee off Pebble gas line. Road from port to Pebble to Donlin Shared port One camp for workers ? One power generation facility instead of tow smaller one. Potential for reduced capex Donlin Gold is proposing to build a buried, natural-gas pipeline to supply on-site power generation.

Anything is possible, but unlikely.  Barrick has no interest waiting and working with a non-miner, especially this proponent. Maybe if a real mining company takes over, there might be some infrastructure sharing.  Any significant changes to either overall operating plans' affecting 404 permitting will require NEPA reassessment.  Donlin is not an easy project, but there is no ...more
