Inconsequential of any potential SCOTUS decision, the low-grade copper equivalent is unattractive to mine.  

Underground mining only is also economically questionable.

No compliant Feasibility Study = no reserves = no value.

I honestly respect your enexhaustible persevierance. It must be quite annoying doing the daily work of enlighteningl, but the share price is somehow unwilling to find its way back to the good old  band between 20-26. I am long here, not a secret, but I dont have any intention to get anyone take the same risk as I do. Frankly, do you have short position? Br.

It must be annoying being someone with no mineral development or mining experience who performed no due diligence prior to purchase. A Feasibility Study allows for "Modifying Factors".  A mine plan has been submitted to the USACE.  There is your queue to ask an intelligent question.

The fact is that its not annoying at all being a layman in mining while having investments in the same time in that particular sector. My position on NAK is definetaly a speculative one. I can project zero or even 2-5 usd sp eventually.  And reaching these levels may be due to a spec. run ignited by some imminent decision of the authorities. Until facts change they remain relevant.  Facts are not determined by a position.   A fundamental fact is the existing mine plan is uneconomic until demonstrated otherwise by way of proven/probable reserve release.   Add 20 years, $1 billion spent, no financing and no interest by any mining company
