Why won't they pay the full royalty installment? 'The Company also proposes to issue and sell by non-brokered private placement up to 8,500,000 units of the Company (the "Units"), at a price of CAD$0.40 per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to CAD$3,400,000 (the "Unit Offering").' DILUTION

Didn't appear to move the stock price. Isn't that the negative effect that you were hoping for, which didn't happen? If the case is accepted you are done crackpot. Got any old posts since you live in the past?

Missed the point multiple account Telehomemaker. Even IF SCOTUS accepts the case that doesn't mean a favorable decision. SCOTUS doesn't issue permits. Irrespective, after 20 years and $1 billion spent with no RESERVES and no interest does it really matter? The current $10+billion capex "small" mine plan is uneconomic. Underground mine only or nothing.
