There is one hurdle which will never be overcome.

The existing USACE submitted "small" mine plan is uneconomic.  The entire resource is likely uneconomic to mine by open pit method.

The only hope is underground mining if copper equivalent low-grade can support.

Underground mining with reactive waste rock and tailings backfilling substantially reduces need for perpetual water treatment, closure maintenance, capex/closure costs and liability.  Facilities footprint is also drsstically reduced due to less throughput.

New USACE 404 permit application and EIS.

However, we suspect the proponent already understands and avoids such discussion.  Eight major miners, minimum, already understand and are uninterested.

20-years. $1 billion spent. Nothing.

its open pit only

That's why its uneconmic.

It was only uneconomic to majors at the time because of the political winds that blew. Now with more legal clarity and putting the EPA to heal the majors will be competing for a seat at the table. Nice try.

Incorrect. No reserves. Simple.

Still raising money. How do you explain that if it's so simple?

In conference on Friday. If they accept the case Alaska wins.

That is a lie, but expected from a troll.

Now that's funny. Aren't you the one who posted the SCOTUS docket? Have you looked at it today? Pretty soon America will be tapping into the mine resource to power all of your electric cars              (and tanks?hehe) As I said If the court hears this you are done !
