TeleHomemaker and 0Patrick0 or any of their other aliases as well as others regarding project facts presented. Unfortunately, lack of education and knowledge is in full display bogging-down meaningful advancement. As far as SCOTUS accepting or rejecting Alaskas petition, certainly this has implication to EPAs veto. However, whether successful in reversing EPAs veto IN ANY COURT, it does not change basic fundamental project non-advancement facts as repeatedly posted. EPAs veto is just one of many moving parts to this saga. The proponent has positioned themselves, as well as Alaska, into this situation with many embarrassing and counter-productive actions hindering development advancement. Should not stakeholders be directing their frustrations to the proponent?

RC, You are still engaged in promulgating nonsensical, stupid thinking. The fatal flaw in the story you weave is that because other steps have not yet taken place this is a reason to for the mine not to go forward. Don't you think all these expensive lawyers would have considered that if it were ever true? But as you are well aware, you've been caught lying again. You see those steps ...more

Yes, lawyers determine whether a resource is economic. Lawyers would prepare the Feasibility Study and release proven/probable "ore" reserves per the current mine plan. Hello. Completing a Feasibilty Study, or better yet a Bankable Feasibility Study, is what would increase share value and is a financing requirement. SEC allows "modifying factors".  Give them a call ...more
