I the decision was illegal, it is illegal. Congressional carve outs will be ruled illegal. Sorry, but this sets precedents and would not stand until Congress removes States' rights, especially property rights. Not gonna happen.

WRONG, in the following regard. When states are formed they are established with their own immutable mineral and riparian rights among other rights. When Alaska entered the union of states they we guaranteed certain guarenteed rights. the entire constitution is based on states' rights. News to you. Look it up or continue to shoot from the hip.
