The USACE 404 permit is one of +60 permits/authorizations required followed by Alaska legislature vote.  Any fool that believes "The Permit" will activate any plans or actual construction, or for that matter any interest by a real mining company, is a fool. No Feasibility Study = No RESERVE = No value = No compensation It's that simple, for some.
