OMG-2 Native American Tribes sue EPA-over process & lost $
2 Native American tribes suing the EPA for illegally terminating the Pebble Mine process and infringing on their opportunities to earn a living ++. It's gonna be too much for RC to handle.

What this lawsuit proves is the Native Americans closest to the subject property have been ignored and mistreated. I'm calling this NOW. The tide has completely turned with this message from Native Americans most effected in reality, not theory. No what ifs here. They were screwed over. Now they've come to collect.

The timing of the Supreme Court's decision and the lawsuit couldn't have been more opportune, and with trading volume quintupling the daily average, it's clear I'm not the only one anticipating the repercussions.
