What RC misrepresents/fails to understand is that the EPA was acting by FIAT outside of it's mandated role. They weren't acting according to law. That is the entire point of the recent "Chevron Deference" ruling. And it affects many aspects of departmental overreach. It may be the most important ruling so far that we would not have without a President named Trump.
