Chevron Decision
I am also a long-time NDM shareholder. I am a small investor, not a lawyer. I fail to see how this recent decision is benefial to us. My understanding is that the EPA said no the project, the Chevron decision provided courts the ability to overturn an agencies decision. That is now gone. So, we are now back to dealing with the EPA. If someone could confirm or refute my thoughts, please do.

Won't go into details but this is incorrect. The legal process was ignored by the EPA and now there 2 more Plaintiffs with real claims in addition to the State of Alaska.
