NEO trades at a crazy cheap valuation of EV 4x EBITDA, and they are just getting the new China plant going, and next year the new magnet plant in Estonia.  Nice pop on the open to $8.6 and then it sells all the way back to less than $8.  Don't get it!  I guess that is why managment has put NEO up for sale.  The market doesn't appreciatate the company so why even be ...more

Perhaps technical selling as the stock has resistance at $8.60. Compelling reward / risk with a nice dividend while shareholders wait it out as the company executes with a potential for a sale as well.
