IseneschalNot sure if you are trying to scare investors but that info has all been public since the initial announcement Yes there will be a lot of dilution but its transparent and can be calculated. As for a reverse split - my guess is after the second round is complete to get teh #shares back to a reasonable number and to raise funds at that time. Not sure your intent here though
