I'm guessing there will be very few available under 30, but I am maxed out . I look at this as an amazing boost, and very high priced offereing. The future is bright.

Risky,  I agree with you, there will not be many shares for sale below 30. As a rule share price drops to financing price but not always! Either way, after reading the release a few times I'm coming away with a strong feeling these guys have a big plan that they cannot / won't discuss yet.
