I am surprised that Stifel's opinion carries so much influence. I posted on July 15 that Scotia said much the same thing (July 13 research note) without changing their 1 year price target of $34. Scotia's comments created zero controversy.

I'd let the chips fall where they may August 4. (Q2 results). If If If we ever get the much-expected 10% correction in the US market, you would think it'll probably come in August or September, Sept. being the usually worst month of the year.

Its thier conviction on the 24% price target cut to $27.50 spooked the short term hands. Either way volume of 340K so far and average daily volume around 260K is not exactly a blistering sell off. lol.
