buses will essentially be 90 to 95% complete, just missing component for delivery.  Record orders and record funding from govts for green energy initiatives.  This is why people call the market manipulated, this is nothing but hocus pocus to bring the value down on a solid green manufacturer of transportation.  Tesla is $800/share and NIF is $11/share, so stupid that people are chasing Tesla and not his well established and reconized company.  Such manipulation is over the top.  I am saddened for the future of the world and the markets.  Take me back thirty years please.
