while NOVA is owned by VOLVO-their 2 assembly plants are in Canada (ie Quebec) where as NFI's assembly plant is in Manitoba..both arguably made in Canada so the same gov't subsidies i would think..dwdc PS .. hope these buses turn out better than edmonton's lemon Proterra bus order...NFI always seem to place 1st in terms of reliabilty but they don;t always win the tenders-i guess it ...more
