Oliphant bet the company on Rainey river and subsequent events including todays news release has shown what a catastrophic mistake this has been for company shareholders.Evenually the companies new management will no doubt sort it out but whether it's share price which Oliphant destroyed for years will ever recover remains to be determined .

Yeah agreed I lost $45k in the class A warrants that expired worthless and am down about $70k on the  common shares.   Been holding the common for over 10 years as I bought those at pretty much peak price of $14.15 cdn but have since averaged down to about $3.90 (33k shares).   I will let this ride as I believe we will get another gold bull run and sooner rather than later.

The problem as I see it was Rainy RIver was run by Raymond Threlkeld who had worked with Oliphant  at Western Goldfields and New Gold.
