imho, good prospects for being bought before Q3; post Q3, should POG remain relatively stable, FCF and other positives should drive SP over $4, starting to get a bit expensive for buyer because of outstanding share count.  Don't be surprised if we get absorbed,  IMO

Imagine having sold a position in NGD and waking up one gloomy morning to the horrid news that NGD has been acquired by a major for $4.50+ a share----meaning every night you go to bed sold is a night of tossing and turning.  If you don't need grief, buy now and stay bought.  IMO

Yes we have recently added some very "high profile" members to our board of directors including the new chairman Richard O'Brien who was the brains behind  Newmont Mining during all their great years in their growth spurt.  He is known to be a "deal maker" and gets things done.   NGD went all out here for him.  Why would he join NGD?   He is either ...more
