Yup- I am guessing the all star cast that joined the board recently knew about this a few months ago too and were encouraged to join NGD for its potential-

According to Barricks acquisition criteria, NGD is presently too small---maybe resource expansion and proving program is a shout out to meet them in the middle, at least get talks started. Anyway it seems something's up going by the action last couple of days. IMO
