NGEx Minerals Increases Private Placement to C$175 Million

VANCOUVER, BC, Oct. 16, 2024 /CNW/ - NGEx Minerals Ltd. ("NGEx Minerals" "NGEx" or the "Company") (TSX: NGEX) (OTCQX: NGXXF) is pleased to announce that due to strong demand it has elected to increase the previously announced non-brokered private placement to an aggregate of 15,909,091 common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares") at a price of C$11.00 per Common Share for gross proceeds of C$175 million (the "Private Placement").
