Now would be the perfect time for a takeover.

Was thinking the same thing gibbonsj...ripe for a takeover or perhaps they have big news in the works of other contracts...any way you slice it yesterday was way overdone and it's only up from here and I for one am very happy with my decision to buy shares yesterday at quite a discount to its actual value of well over a $1.00 per share. Do your own dd before buying any stock. Leaf67

After all the complaints yesterday I bet NLN has to run the news release past IIROC before it is issued.

Tick Tock maybe awhile before we see anything.

If IROC detects a non-compliance point, then I am pretty sure all yesterday's transactions will be reversed as it happened for a couple of stocks in the past.

It will be a big mess to reverse...$150 million in trades to reverse..i will write IROC as i want to keep my .75 cent shares

It won't help. IIROC don't include individual inconvenience in their determination. Only whether the rules were followed or not.

If that's the case, this could be halted for some time.

No doubt NLN knew about the NHL switch long before yesterday. Usually long term contracts have a clause which requires the parties to give 3, 6, 12 months advance notice. Also, the slide show presentation yesterday (which was obviously prepared in advance) ommitted the NHL from the list of customers whereas the May presentation showed the NHL.
