NHL Revenue was approx 20% for the last 2 years. Even at an exagerated 20% loss in value and share price  at $1,50 less 20% you are still at $1.20 share price. 

Everyone is selling scared.

I think this is a classic example of value investing. Totaly oversold.

You don't get the market.  Perception is reality in the stock market.  If this big fish up and leaves, gets stolen away by a "better, cheaper" provider, what is stopping others from jumping ship as well.  That is the real reason for the selling.  Potential losses.

Problem is a 20% drop in high margin revenue with a fixed SG&A cost structure results in a much more significant drop in EBITDA. They were just eeking out some profit in previous quarters and now the business that's left has to grow by 25% just to get back to the same point. EIther that or they need to start slashing SG&A.
