No point in repeating ths nonsense. Upon hearing this I actually did something called DD and as such  go to a little place called SEDAR and read financial statments.

Stephen Takacsy is of course correct...calculating an EV/EBITDA multiple is not difficult after all. I'll go through it for you: First he's likely using 2015 full year numbers, which is basically the same as trailing given we're at the end of the year. Non-DivX adjusted EBITDA = $13.1m (implying $4.6m in 4Q) DivX adjusted (non-GAAP) EBITDA = $10m (implying $2.5m in 4Q) Total adjusted ...more

Yip...I could quibble on a few points, but in the ball park for me.  This puppy should trade at 12-13 multiple which means fair value is around $1.10 to $1.20.
