that'd be an interesting scenario but won't likely happen for a few reasons a) 70% of the shares are held by a few individuals (aka - the board) b) they got in at $10 per share years ago - so I presume their average cost would be in the $5.00 mark so - if there was a takeout - for owners to be interested - it would need to be a very high valuation - something that might not be likely in ...more

Adobe CEO was talking from an insiders perspective. Adobe & Neulion are already Authentication Partners, Encoder Partners & Technology Partners. He knew the growth potential. Certainly a very intelligent man.
