because the buyback of 14M shares is such a small number that it will do next to nothing for EPS, is it possible the purpose of the buy back is to push sp down? This would allow for easy insider take over and leave us retail investors happy to be taken out at any price. Then there's the old game where sp is pushed down to facilitate a takeover and the insiders get a healthy position in the ...more
