NEUL - MD&A Q2 2016 and

I've owned shares for several months now and I'm looking at potentially adding more to my position. I apologize in advance if I make any mistakes in the figures and facts I'm using below.

I was just going through the MD&A from the most recent quarter and a few other reports about Neulion. I was wondering if anyone had the answer to some of these questions:

1. I really believe that the success of a company depends highly on having excellent senior management, and an active and independent board of directors. I noticed Roy Reichbach was recently promoted to President and CEO of Neulion. It seems he still retains a place on the board as a director/general counsel. Is this common? I've never been a fan of having senior management and board members hold anyone of those roles at the same time. Also, does anyone have any additional information on Mr. Reichbach and his experience? I've found a few brief blurbs online, but that's about it.

2. What's the relationship between Neulion and two major insiders?
     a) AvantaLion
     b) JK&B Capital

3. Based on the report I've seen on institutional holdings it amounts to approximately 130-million of the 283-million shares outstanding (46%), is this correct? It seems to be up significantly or am I wrong? Is it share based compensation that seems to be helping speed up this trend? Are there any details on how options or other form of share based compensation are being provided? It would be interesting to know how many options, etc. are/have been given to employees and directors.

4. Does anyone have any information and what impact Saffron Digital will have on forthcoming quarters? Any information on their performance or operations at Saffron prior to the acquisition?

I have been able to get answers to some questions direct from the Neulion in the past. They will answer as best they can anyhow. Chris.Wagner@neulion.com or tim.alavathil@neulion.com One of these two should be able to answer. Let us know how it goes!

I found some information just searching online: 1. I only found a few more details about Mr. Reichbach. 2a) AvantaLion is owned by Ms. Li and Mr. Wang. They acquired a ton of shares of JumpTV back in 2008. JumpTV was the Canadian based company prior to the merger with Neulion USA.
