relative to the DVIX trade.  Perhaps Mr. Market smells a counteroffer.  $250 mil USD is very low for a company with these fundamentals and industry positioning

embarrasingly low considering Disney Bamtech

I agree. It's low. I'm not selling today. BTW, it's a detail that is missing from their PR, what's the penalty if they accept a competitive bid...

Considering BAMtech, 50+Mil in the bank, insiders bought 500,000 in the last few months & the sleazy Mr. Wagner I would expect the Insiders will be getting justly (unjustly) rewarded with the new "Private Company". It is hard to imagine anykind of a White Horse Buyer wanting any part of this quagmire of small league clients. Perhaps a big money backer/owner is what Neulion always ...more
