The first windfarm was built in 1991. 5 years ago it was decommissioned. How time flies.

Whatever and where ever Northland is pursuing projects, the motto applies--Time and Tide wait for no person. I would add in "wind". If don't make use of a favourable opportunity, may never get the same chance again. If can acquire at reasonable cost seabed leases with great wind, go for it now before prices move up. With NPI shares at $35 in Jan. and  approaching $41 now, it seems the ATM launch hit it running.  If they are eyeing large projects/ capex   near term  then this might be a good time to negotiate and tentatively tie down LT debt, before the inflationary cycle really heats up. Mr Biden will try his utmost not enter the next election with gas hovering around $4-$5.  ...more

Global geopolitical issues are complex and take time to work out. But the world must continue to progress forward. A deer jumped over my truck last year. Yes I stopped along with a few surprised cars behind me. Deer was ok. For the deer it jumped an obstacle, for me it was quite an experience.
