Once get the PPA, then financing is there--22 Jul 2022: Cathay United Bank announced it's loan to the Hai Long wind farm projects. The value of the loan is 150 billion yuan/NTD (roughly 4.95 billion EUR at current rates), the loan is expected to be payable within 20 years, and is to fund all three Hai Long sites 2a, 2b, & 3.

This is the largest loan for a windfarm project in Taiwan's history.
