So Northland's utility scale offshore proposal fits the bill.

Baygall --give it a rest --- with yur BS posts that provide nothing meaningful about the future of this crappy company - There is no money or financial capcity to take on any new projects - in fact they appear to have to borrow money just to stay afloat. That Hecate project is a long shot. Offshore wind can't compete with onshore wind pricewise. And it's all about BC Hydro receiving cheap competitive rates. Also, the power call will attract multiple players. Brookfield Renewables, Fortis, Innergex, even Orsted. Northland has to compete with these. Northland has enough on their plate and is swimming in debt. Best Northland
