Interest Rates
Rising interest rates today-stock goes down, as do all interest rate sensitive companies, no matter the good news. How long will this continue?

I use the 10 year term. Either US or Canadian treasury notes will do. Gut feel will get over 5%. Bank of Canada says any declines will be next year and slow at best. Stocks will languish. Cracks beginning to show. More "for lease" signs are up. Probably higher mortage rates have slowed down the building industry. TNX | CBOE 10 Year Treasury Note Yield Index Overview | MarketWatch
