Last quarter financial results

After reading them, I have to admit that they are doing well. With inflation coming down in Canada, the  central bank will reduce interest rate in September and this will support companies such as NPI.
stock price to get a leg up also with this attractive dividend.
so I am walking the talk and get back in today with this little selling pressure. 
time will tell.
Low $22 is a good entrance point in my book.
