pullback

Interesting 20% pullback from recent highs on the "eve" of year end results. A little more than I had expected, but then for a thinly traded stock, not unusual.

Hello Ciao, It must have been my appeal on this bullboard to defend my predictive abilities around the $2 stock price by December 31, 2021. Please note for the record that the NPK price teased into the $1.90's, but did not in fact trade at $2.00. That leaves my "$2 by December 31, 2021" as a still valid prediction and one I am happy to continue to propound, my prior positive ...more

Hi Stan, The share price runup was too fast for me to add more at a personal "favorable price" but the pull back over the past few days has allowed me to. Just 2 questions for you to add to your list that has been mentioned before; 1) difference in price / ton shown in income statement vs. selling price we see listed on the website 2) how often do they re-price their product to ...more

Yes, quite a big pull back but not on massive volume as far as I can tell. And as you say, not surprising following such a strong rally. Not an issue in my mind either way.

Pretty much my entire smallcap portfolio was significantly down today. Some days are like that. Personally, I don't care about the volatility because I know what I own in Verde, as well as my other positions. Of interest, unlike most large cap stocks, the smallcap universe seems to delay releasing year-end results by 6-8 weeks. Much of the recent pressure is simply because many of these ...more

Keep in mind that if it's a micro to small cap stock and it's likely listed on TSXV, then they have 4 months from fiscal year end to release results (NPK is listed on the senior exchange so they need to have results out in 3 months).

Yes, the smaller exchanges offer more leeway. Many small and microcaps don't have the resources that large caps do, so it's reasonable they should be given more time.
