I think he has me on ignore, since he hasn't responded to a couple of questions I've asked. Perhaps he put me on ignore when I posted about UGE a few days back?

At any rate, no offense taken, but if somebody wants to quote this post so that he can see it, perhaps he'll be enticed to take me off ignore. If he prefers to leave me on ignore, that is of course fine and I won't be offended either way.

Hello BCdude, Not on ignore - I saw the UGE post and had a quick look see, checked the financial statements, saw the negative equity and the significant number of dilutive fund raising actions and decided to give it a pass, especially given the hours of work awaiting on the 150 pages of Verde documents just released. On Mr. Veloso's compensation, it was this line in the March 15, 2021 news

Hey Stanmore, Thanks for the reply. As already stated, I agree wtih your assessment that there is a structural problem with the compensation. I unfortunately won't be able to attend the conference call, as I have young children at home, but I look forward to hearing of his response. There are many of us who are grateful for your diligence re: Verde, and for your organizing the Verde
