Sometimes things can be over analyzed.....it would be most valuable to hop on a plane and go to Brazil.
I'd bet obtaining fuel when required is a headache. Of course they need fuel onsite. The more the better.

Hello Sparkdog, With all due respect, people are today dying in Canada due to the fact that someone got on a plane, went to Brazil, messed around there for a couple of weeks, and then returned to Canada bringing back the Brazil variant that is much more readily transmitted within a community. So no, I will need heed your (I hope) well meaning advice to "hop on a plane and go to Brazil"  ...more

I think we all do a good job on here challenging the company, plus challenging each other's thoughts and analysis. I think there's actually a danger of over analysing Sparky's comments! I don't think he/she is literally expecting anyone to get on a plane, just saying it would be good if we could. (BTW CV has suggested in the past (pre-Covid) that shareholders would be welcome to ...more

Hello Pedro, Great advice in your recent post. Given the cat fights and name calling that predominate some of the other Stockhouse boards I follow, the NPK board is a breath of fresh air. Far from it. At first blush NPK seemed too good to be true. Now with further investigation in part from Q4 news releases, esp. corporate governance, management compensation, consumer adoptation, sales staff increases...it's not as good as I thought...my personal opinion of course. After an investment is made, you just don't stop your due diligence esp. when red flags pop up.

sparkdog, Analysis and risk assessment is the basis of deciding the need for a bulk fuel store on site with further analysis to evaluate the volume required for a bulk store based on number of days operation. Of course security of re-supply is a big consideration but the main factors when determining the volume required will be usage (litres/day), weekends, extended weekends, local and national ...more
