I surprised no one's commented on Verde website latest prices: 20-04-2021 price per tonne for 35 or 48 tonnes K-forte granel R$ 257t, was R$ 374t 14-04-2021 K-forte big bag R$ 307t, was R$ 424t 14-04-2021 BaKs granel R$ 371t and big bag R$ 406t Quite a reduction IMO

How much of their business is to average consumers? My guess is very little, that's the only way their ASP would differ so greatly from their posted rates. Doubt there's any fraud here.

Just because they have a web ordering portal doesn't not mean they are targeting "average consumers" as you suggest. Have you looked at the website? I am in investing (and various forums) for more than a decade. I am rarely writing since English is not my mother tongue.   Brazil was my first disaster (does anybody remember Colossus Minerals?).  I lost around two-year salary.   That being said, I think that Stan is a real jewel.   You can applaud him; you can oppose him; even you can ignore him; to each his own.

Stan with a backgound in accounting is in my opinion a resource that can breakdown the numbers and sniff out possible areas that we may not have picked up on

This is puzzling as well, as I had thought their prices would reflect global KCL prices which have been moving up. I was curious to see their pricing forumula they would use and how often they would adjust pricing. A lot of red flags here.
