Customer feedback issues

Hello Ciao,

After the initial announcement in 2020, I had the expectation that we would be receiving a regular and detailed update on the performance of the Verde Customer Relationship Program. At the time I thought this was a brave move by the Company, which would be ok if the reports were positive and improving, but perhaps embarrassing if the results were negative and getting worse.

To date I have not seen any recurring update of the initial report, but I could have missed something that the Comapny released. Mr. Veloso was asked in the last Q&A if his sales team was ready and able to handle the growing complexity of the Verde product line and its rather sophisticated technology. His answer was, perhaps surprisingly, "NO" but without any further detailed explanation.

I believe this would be a good line of questioning at the corporate presentation next week.

Cheers.

For the CEO of a company that is essentially a sales and marketing operation to have received a bonus of the magnitude CV did (and similar proposed for 2021) and to publicly state 'No' in response to the question 'Are you happy with your sales and marketing team' ........ ...... the 2021 expansion target lacks ambition, it probably reflects on the CEO's lack of faith in his ...more

Hi Stan, I am hoping for some transparency on possible adoption issues for K Forte from the customers' perspective. This is key to see how quickly Verde will escalate (exponential growth from a low base)  tonnage and move seriously to be a major player for npk supply in Brazil. That's the dream I was sold on. I believe it's still possible but I've categorized Verde as a show ...more

Hello Ciao, Reading between the lines in all the publicly released information, I gather the initial assumption was that KForte was a direct substitute/alternative for imported KCl and as long as it could be delivered to a farmer in Brazil for the same price as they were paying for Potash, all would be good. As the last two years have identified, and Mr. Veloso has been at some pains to add to a ...more

Hi Stan, I wholeheartedly agree with your post, that is why I am wondering if they need to explore a way to economically granulate the glauconite powder. I just haven't heard that they are looking at pursuing this possibility or they believe they need to for market acceptance and what effect a granulated forumula may have on the release of nutrients (will this be an R&D project?).

All great questions Ciao, and ones that I will add to my submission for the AGM. Have a great weekend. Cheers, Stephen
