No surprises here

I think these figures deliver my expectations, given that sales were well flagged in earlier announcements to the market. I know Stan is concerned by some production cost increases, but input costs are going up for everyone right now and I don't currently see any red flags, subject to further scrutiny. The sales prices achieved however look better than Stan's predictions so that evens things out.

I was also pleased to see confirmation of funding for the next plant.

My only slight disappointment is no new news on permits. This seems to be the missing piece of the story that might hold things back a bit.

Pedro, my guess is that we will see the 2.5 million ton mining license officially approved before years end. And I believe it will give the sp  more momentum with a separate news release on that subject rather than baking it in the quarterly numbers release.

Hello Kanerfalk, I agree with your observation that the news release today was sufficiently stunning as to not need any further boosting by other good news. Let's let the market absorb the outstanding Q3 results (quarterly sales exceeding the full annual sales of 2020) and revalue the share price accordingly. Then announce the issuance of the 2.5 million tonne per year full licence, and let ...more

I want to see them trading well over $2.50 ++ and more..  So let's see when they get there.. Listing on TSE is not doing much.. I wonder an alternate listing will help or not..  For now, continue to hold.. Let's see if they get any blurp on BNN. or not..

Likewise, TechOne. Today's PR was another good result towards the >> $2.50 SP. The sales numbers have proven yet again that NPK is on the right track.

The sales numbers are good, there is no doubt the brazilian maket likes Verde's products.  The 'nouvelle du jour' is the that canadian market increasingly likes Verde's shares.

There were excess expenses in the recent quarter due to the PAC startup but even at that, earnings were very strong. Going forward, we should see some mitigation of that expense. So, earning $0.25 per share over the next 4 quarters seems reasonably certain unless natural gas prices collapse and that now seems unlikely. Hence, fertilizer prices should remain robust..

Hi Nozzpack. I am confused by your post. "PAC startup" excess expenses - can you explain this reference please. Thanks, S.

That should have read BAK which is a specialized fertilizer custom suited to local soil types. Supposed to be more profitable but they are not yet out of the gate in that regard. One would suppose that cost compression and optimization might bring costs more in line with its conventional fertilizer gross margins. Sorry for that typo..

Thanks Nozzpack, I understand your post now. All good. Cheers. S.
