zz, welcome back, it's been quite some time since you've posted here. Can you please share with the board your cash flow analysis and research which leads you to your conclusion as it is in complete contradiction to everything currently being reported by the company.. Cheers!

No further finacing through private placements needed according to CEO. Company can grow through cashflow and debt from bank.

I was hoping the share would drop this week for a buy in... an announcement on further financing would hopefully bring the SP slightly down again. Tight number of outstanding shares.

When the CEO is speaking about private placements he is referring to raising additional equity which is not the plan. But, the other poster was referring to raising additional debt for expansion of production capacity-we might see an announcement here soon.

Stupida, NPK has never before put up any press releases about debt financing, it is included and updated in their monthly news letters and quarterly numbers so don't expect anything else on that subject.

Exactly, Kanerfalk: the NPK newsletter is definitely worth a subscription because there is plenty of quality data. Free for holders and non-holders alike (contrary to the ever more valuable NPK shares),

Plant 2 isn't in operation yet and you want to build plant 3 ? Sales first, then production capacity (2025 ?). Verde is profitable, the growth is impressive, so no need to take any risk.
