income/acre of depleted vs. biodiverse soil; staggering stat

iainT on ceo.ca: Took the time to watch ‘kiss the ground’ again today. Even more relevant now. I just wish they had focussed more on the potential economic benefits to farmers.... At one point they compare income per acre of depleted soil ($3 with subsidies) to that of bio-diverse soil ($100 without subsidies)….. now that is compelling.

I only know of two public companies that have the potential to make real changes in the fertilizer market. NPK - verde that I am fully loaded with and I have a smaller position (after watching Kiss the Ground) in DAN Arrianne Phosphate that has a huge phosphate mine in Quebec and are running trials using phosphate and (ammonia/ nitrogen / Nat gas free) nutrient additives-  unlike MAP and DAP.
