Re- Domicile rally?

I think the reason we rallied today is because Cristiano V no longer has to pay taxes if he excercises his vesting options. So he can now exercise and own outright and only have to pay taxes when he actually sells stock. Essentially he is not forced to sell stock to pay immediate taxes owed (when he excercises stock options) as per UK tax law. Although CV Increased his % holdings he was forced to sell share to cover the immediate tax burden as per UK laws. 

if anyone knows better than I, please chime in. But that is how I understand it.  Very excited about earnings this quarter and especially guidance. BIG quarters incoming!! GLTA

No idea of UK stock option law but I understand that under Singapore law the company is now allowed to pay dividends from intra year profits even though it has 'losses' on its' ballance sheet; something that is not allowed in the UK. Not a Domicile rally in my opinion....this stock became way oversold from broad market weakness....we have exhausted all the sellers in this price range and the buyers are going to come in on news flow....hence the past week trading with low volume and the share price not falling....we are just waiting on any reason for buyers to step back in....and all the sellers shares over the past few weeks

On a CUSIP change, naked shorts are forced to cover which triggers an overall chart covering rally. VERDE trades on the OTC as well as the TSX. I would assume that it's a combination of a confidence boost along with short covering. CV already has a plan to sell at 9 and up. He has no reason to sell at low prices any longer as he sold enough at cheap prices. This is ridiculously undervalued and

The redomicile in itself is meaningful.  What makes it extraordinary is the reason: shareholder returns!  It is a direct reflection of the profitability per tonne plus the capacity to self-finance the expansion. Quite a magical combination!
