Net worth

Simple calculation is 10% of asset value at $50 USD conservative pricing per tonne. At 1.5 billion tonnes worth $75 billion USD in ground, 10% out of ground net value after cost is $7.5 billion USD. With roughly 50 million shares, net worth per share is minimum $150. It will be interesting to see what one of the big boys is willing to pay for this asset...

They have even more tonnage, 3B tons if I am correct. But the question is weather they can sell enough to farmers IMO. So far so good on that front I guess..

I no longer think that product adoption is an issue. That was my worry when I owned this stock before production began. They have been in production long enough now that if farmers did not see crop benefits the sales of the product would not be growing the way that they have been year over year. IMHO

Not including inferred as that is a guessing game. Proven and indicated is substantial. In the end, it's all about a takeover target and what the asset will sell for.

  My argument to this is what's in the ground is not in the wallet and that is all the market cares about. What drops to the bottom line. You gotta get it out of the ground, find willing buyers and sell/distribute at a price that allows a solid bottom line result. Yes, one could argue there could be a buyout premium built in but from all accounts shared thus far this is Cris's baby ...more
