Verde Agritech - A takeover coming soon?

It's been very quiet from the company lately, almost 3 months. This can of course have a natural explanation that there is nothing to report. But given the companies frequency of announcements in 2022 there is a possibility of something else is going on. It could be that Mr Veloso and board has been contacted by one of the large fertilizer companies active in Brazil, and are in process of a takeover. This is just free thoughts from my head, but I believe somethings going on behind the scenes. I wouldn't be surprised if we see Nutrien, Mosaic or Yara announcing bid for the company in the coming months...

I view a takeover as  a very low probability event. Listen closely to the conf calls and you'll understand this company is in the early innings. Selling now would be an extraordinarily short sighted act.  Cris is young, excited and motivated with his sights set on much bigger numbers than anything a MOS or NTR would offer in the near term. All imo.

No news is good news, since it is the slowest period ...and prices have come down in potach ... But  maybe they wait to get a better out look for the year.. As well if they sell 1.5 million ton  ( 1$ profit )  thise year and 2.5 million ton next year  ( 1.5$  per share profit)    the shares would be  9.5-11 cd$ in 2 years that makes an other 50% rise and

Yes it has been really quite. Hope that is not a bad sign. This is there weakest quarters for the year. I am nervously awaiting there forth quarter and year end results. Any idea when they will be released ???

last quatre is a non event.... it is the outlook that mattres... and customer base and returning customers i have asked Cristiano to comment on that
