Thank You!

Thank you to all the dooms day predictors and also inpart because of the CEO selling anouncement, I was able to get in again at the ground floor. I was a shareholder before but sold it (no where near the top) but I am glad to be in again. Things I consider:
- This is a penny stock: so of course high risk.
- This is still close to profitable for a penny stock
- There is promise for exponential growth
- I do think the CEO is sincere. Dont know enogh about his capabilities - but he has brought the company to predictable production. How many penny stocks say that?
CEO selling:
- I dont think he publicly dislosed a price (could be in the $9 range that from what I remember he had said long time ago).
- It's ~10% over 36 MONTHS, and also would be orderly. People will forget this soon.
- He will still hold a lot of shares

I like the risk reward here :)

Ironically it wasn't the doom and gloom posters here that caused the last 50% haircut. It was Cris's 180K share sale right before the ASDP announcement dropped. Really poor optics and right before Q3 was closing out, suggesting results may be...not great.  The risk reward setup is debatable at this level because the onus is on the company to prove they can retain the customer base ...more

I forgot to mention one other big possibilitiy for the current Verde growing pains. It could be that Cris has had difficulty allowing for the transition of this company from a one-man-show to a broad and capable executive team. Kaiser pointed that out on his recent update and i think those of us following this story for a while agree that this current reorganization was long overdue. Could this ...more

Thank you for the analysis! It does help new investors (and old ones who stopped following) in their research! I have patience and a very small position and keep following to see how this story unfolds :)

You're welcome! We will get to hear from Cris in his upcoming investor presentation on the 16th. I think a lot of investors have significant concerns over the lagging growth trend along with some serious frustrations over how the entire carbon capture news flow went. So, assuming there's time for Q&A, he will have an opportunity to offer some clarity around the current situation and ...more

Pretty sure he is thanking me Benny.

I now understand the CEO's reason for parking the carbon credit advanced stages of discussion fantasy...the rocks aren't accredited...Wow, talk about being in over your head as longest serving millenial as CEO. The rocks need certification, like a drug needs FDA approval. The only thing in advanced stages is the share price collapse. Posters don't move markets, incompetence however ...more

Posters don't move markets, the ones like me have seen enough credibility eroded from top to bottom to scream about it before, during and after the debacle. Posters don't mislead, mis forecast and announce so called late stages of fantasy deals. Imagine a deal is in progress, and the CEO spills the beans, without producing a letter of intent, memorandum of understanding? The phantom ...more

And, where the hell is Nozzpack? Still in Vegas?

If she breaks 1.35 with any volume, the third leg of triple waterfall, a millstone around the neck of every such debacle, will bring us to 80 cents, on its way to forty cents. Thats when we learn abot debt covenants, layoffs, cashflow, etc. The sharks that might consider asset purchases will then offer assistance, if we are even still listed on the TSE

Fair enough! Should have said Domm and Gloom Sentiment.... Wasnt really trying to point fingers at particular group (but may have given that impression). Both sides of each story is important in research microcaps where information is scattered all over the place. Sometimes these sentiments push stocksto extremes and create oppurtunities.

Not this time. Watch the quarterly results, that is final card in the deck
