First day for ASDP sales

Today is the first day for Cristianos ASDP sales. Only 36 months  left.

Im thinking that something bigger is expected for NPK by Christiano and that his selling price is much higher than the current market price just to be ready for the movement. His last ASDP which likley sold no shares was over $10.00 I believe.  Things didnt materialize as he would have liked. The company is transformative at this time and a lot of positions opening up in this company for VP

The prior ASDP limits are quoted below. Based on his recent sale of 180K shares in the low 2's and the fact that no share price limits were disclosed in the updated ASDP, my guess is the limits will be much lower than $9. As Kaiser mentioned recently, the fact that this is exactly 50% of his holdings does beg the question: is this divorce related? If so, then there's a different sales

Credibility is the foundation of all stock investing, and the CEO has thoroughly insulted the collective intelligence of the existing shareholders, who are slowly but now rapidly realizing that.
