Is Plant 2 operating....?

Just had a look at Plant 2 on Google Earth.

The latest image dated 11th June 2024 shows Plant 2 operating and the site access route appears to be blocked?

Im hoping its Microsoft building a data center, that space could be subletted. Lets be honest, selling fertilizer in Brazil has failed, but its not too late to get on the AI bandwagon. The CEO has a lot in common with Elon Musk, at least in his own mind...could be promising
