Starlight / kingsett.   These are longer-term investors in real estate!

I will continue to buy this one until at least $13 a share.

They will have a lot of rent gains going forward!
( Especially in Alberta )

The volume is crazy low on this I think that will change in the future as it becomes more well-known!

Exactly correct!   I do love buying REITs on sale! So under $10 a share I am loading up!   ( Not to mention the yield )      I know the market doesn't trust this yield, but I do. Really nice monthly income!!
