It’s about time!!

This reit finally get some respect.!!

I live in Calgary and after many many years of terrible economics and real estate market 10+ years of bad real estate market and rents.   ( things have finally turned around and in a big way )

I think there is a lot of upside for rents going forward.  ( many of these areas where the reit has property have turned a big corner. )    Not to  mention so far the mild winter in the west. ( heating costs will be good in the forth quarter)

I see some better 1/4 s ahead for this reit.

The numbers should consistently improved quarter over quarter for the next year.

as I said before I was buying big under 10.
Happy to own for the long run !!

Happy holidays !

The efficient-market theory is really taking a 'loss' on this one. lol. The thing finally gets some analyst coverage and rallies 25%.

Theory being the key word.  The markets are not efficient in the short term, possibly over the very long period.
