assuming they did not overpay for this company the stock goes higher.They disclosed some facts but not what they paid for this company.Increasing production second half of the year & 2023-2025 ,highing more staff I predict this projection will be solid.Not to mention the stock has been going up last 5 days.

I thought this purchase made sense as it is just expanding their retail footprint to a bit more global.  I didn't think it is particularly bullish.
